Adobe is perhaps the most well-known developer of design software, providing a variety of programs in each of its creative suites that cater to different niches of graphic designing. The services included in Adobe’s creative suites range from image editing, illustration and even include a separate tool for website designing and management called Adobe Dreamweaver. With the passage of time and Adobe’s guarantee of a quality product, the program has overtaken software previously being used for creating website layouts, becoming the preferred webpage design tool for organizations as well as individual designers. In fact, recent times have seen a growing interest among students and beginners to learn more about this software. Dreamweaver – A Brief Introduction: Although initially marketed under the ownership of Macromedia in the year 1997, the rights for this design tool were later bought by Adobe. Being professionally used website design and management software, Dreamweaver incorporates a customizable interface that can easily be adjusted to suit individual requirements and works in close coordination with other Adobe tools. Even with a comprehensive set of features, its user-friendly options are easy to pick and use for design novices as well. It is commercially sold as a separate program as well as a component of different software collections such as Web Premium, Adobe Design Premium, Master Collection software suites and Production Premium. The Latest Version Of Dreamweaver: In the spring of 2012, Adobe released the CS6 version of its web development tool, following the success of CS 5 and CS 5.5. The reason why the company needs to update this software so regularly is because of the constant change taking place in the realm of cyberspace. Most importantly, HTML-reliant browsers, such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari and Firefox, are constantly engaged in cutthroat competition to market the most updated, broad spectrum and fastest browsing facility. It, therefore, becomes imperative for Adobe to keep abreast with their upgrades and continue to release newer compatible versions of its web design tool. Considering these requirements, the company had to make sure that it delivers a product that is at par with the most recent CSS, HTML 5 and JavaScript functionalities, while maintaining the design elements and simplicity of the previous Dreamweaver versions. For this reason, people who have prior experience of working with the web design software will not find themselves completely alienated once they start using the new version. The only thing they will need to catch up on would be the transformations that have taken place in the coding software. Essentially, the company has aimed to equip the latest version of its web development tool with features that are a fusion of design elements and software handling. This was the challenge that the CS6 version was created to take up on, catering to a varied target market that comprises both website creators and managers. Undoubtedly, this is no easy feat to accomplish as both of them have separate requirements and diverse protocols to follow. The Demand For Dreamweaver: With its creators hard at work to introduce newer and better version of the web design software, the hard work seems to pay off with its growing demand among professionals and amateurs alike.

Yet behind every call that connects and every message that reaches its destination, there is another system quietly working in the background. That system is the call center.
