The Importance of Breastfeeding

There has been a huge amount of importance given to the process of breastfeeding in the lives of small children. This is because of the reason that the milk which is released by the mother contains the necessary nutrients which the children require in their lives to grow and develop themselves in the best possible manner.

There have been many studies that have been conducted so far by the American Academy of Paediatrics, which has recommended the strong need of breastfeeding at least for the minimum duration of six months in the children. Therefore, when the children start licking their lips or start rooting or putting their hands in their mouth and other allied features and hence, the mother can get easily realize that the baby is hungry and hence, should be fed. There are many other benefits of breastfeeding. Breastfeeding provides the required amount of nutrition to infants. This mild contains vitamins, protein, and the fats which are essential for growth and hence, at the same time, asthma and allergies can be cured with the proper amount of milk that is fed to them. This milk can play an important role in providing the necessary nutrients to cure diseases like diarrhoea. The allergies have been cured with these nutrients. The proper consumption of milk also helps in providing for the growth-regulating syndromes which are able to cure obesity and diabetes. At the same time, it plays an important role in curing people of all sorts of organ failures. Therefore, the kids must be provided with the best quantity of milk at least two or three times a day for a period of two hours each time. The milk which is fed by the mothers to the kids is also helpful in preventing the chances of sudden infant death syndrome. At the same time, there have been cases wherein ear and eye infections have been cured with the mother’s milk which plays a vital role in providing the best results to the children in building their immunity and metabolism which helps in enhancing the digestion power of the kids. The breastmilk also comprises of the enzymes and antibodies which play a vital role in protecting the children from any sorts of infections and hence, help in the creation of the white blood cells and plasma which help in fighting against the various diseases which might affect the kids if not fed properly. A proper amount of milk also provides the children with the necessary intelligence quotient and grants them the necessary intelligence by strengthening the nervous system of the body and hence, which applies a vital role to ensure that the mental health of the children is maintained. The milk nutrients supply the required amount of immunity to the kids and hence, at the same time assure in building a strong person in them to ensure that the children are provided with the best possible manner.
