The Inner Wisdom of Success

At the beginning of this year I committed to investing in my business in a new and bigger way. No more playing small. I joined a year long Master Mind facilitated by my Coach and Mentor Cari Vollmer. In this mastermind group are other like minded women who share very similar goals as me. We are all in this group to grow our businesses and fully thrive in our lives. We hold each other accountable, help one another set and reach goals. We push each other to reach higher and bigger than we would if we were doing this by ourselves. In "Think and Grow Rich" Napleon Hill wrote, "When two or more people coordinate in a spirit of harmony and work toward a definite objective, they place themselves in position, through that alliance, to absorb power directly from the great Universal storehouse of Infinite Intelligence." This was my experience when our group met for our first live meeting last month. We have been meeting on the phone each month since the beginning of the year. Yet being together in the same room was a completely different encounter. We really did connect with Higher Source on many occasions. Thoughts and ideas were Divinely downloaded in an instant as we created, collaborated, supported and loved each other and our businesses. What I came away with is the reminder that SO MUCH of building our business is about building and strengthening our relationship with ourselves. If we relate this to the 80/20 rule, 80% of the biz building is mindset, 20% is all the rest. If your head is not on straight you will continue to get in your own way and hold yourself back and keep yourself small. The message Divinely downloaded to me is that we each have our own unique Inner Wisdom of Success. That Inner Wisdom holds they key to success in every area of your life. Your business, your personal relationships, your relationship with money, your relationship with food. All of it is stored inside of YOU. This is why it is so crucial to have a healthy, strong connection to your Inner Wisdom, so that when the time comes to challenge yourself to expand the growth of your business, you have a solid foundation to stand on when the negativity and self-sabotage rears it’s ugly head. And you know it will. You have to get out of your comfort zone and do the hard work in service of your business (and personal) growth and development. In the next issue of Core Connections I will continue this conversation about The Inner Wisdom of Success. We’ll talk more about what is required of us as solo entrepreneurs in order to “make it happen”. As one of my clients put it, you need to learn how to “tap into your power to drive your business, enjoy your life and fulfill your destiny.” Your Inner Wisdom is that power!
