The hotel is located around the central station and is in the middle of populated and vibrant streets, such as the Coolsingel, Meent, and Lijnbaan. This is a three-star hotel that’s designed with around 144 rooms.

The hotel is known for its modern and stylish interior. Rooms

There are 144 rooms available in the hotel and all of them have stunning interiors. There are junior as well as superior rooms available. The rooms have the check-in time at 3:00 PM while the check-out is at 11:00 AM. However, you have the option of late checkout at 1:00 PM, which costs 10 euros an hour. It might sound weird but the room windows don’t open to ensure higher security standards. Some of the rooms include;

• Economy double – the room is around 15m2 and is designed with a king-size bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, coffee machine, and promises the city view
• Standard double – these are 15m2 rooms with the option of twin beds or one king-size bed. In addition, there is a private bathroom available with a shower and these rooms are located on the 18^th and 2^nd floors
• Comfort double – the room is sized at 18m2 and is designed with twin beds or a king-size bed. In addition, these rooms are located on the third and 18^th floors and come with the walk-in shower
• Comfort plus double – the room is around 23m2, but depending on the room, the size can go over 30m2. There is a king-size bed or you can request twin beds. These rooms are available on the third and ninth floors and you get the private bathroom
• Deluxe double – this is a 33m2 room with a king-size bed and you get the private bathroom with a walk-in shower. In addition, there is an option for the bathtub
• MIVA double room – these rooms are wheelchair accessible and are a minimum of 22m2. The rooms are available with twin beds or a king-size bed. Since it’s the disability-accessible room, there is a shower chair available and the rooms are located on the second floor
• James family room – these rooms are recommended for four people with two adults. These rooms are 30m2 and are designed with single beds. In addition, there is a safe available to keep your belongings
• Superior double room – the room is sized at 20m2 and comes with a king-size bed. In addition, there are separate toilets and baths. In addition, these rooms offer the city views
• Superior double plus room – the room is sized at 25m2 and has a king-size bed. There is a city view available and you get separate toilets and baths
• Junior suites – these suites are 35m2 and offer a king-size bed. There is a seating area for two people and comes with a walk-in shower

All the rooms are designed with walk-in showers, desks, and air conditioning. In addition, the coffee machine and an empty minibar are available as well.

Business Events

There are spaces available for business meetings, group reservations, and corporate reservations. The meeting rooms have a capacity of 16 people and there is a TV available with an HDMI cable connection. In addition, the meeting has a flip-chart and Apple TV, and there is unlimited water, coffee, and tea available. On the other hand, there are event spaces for over 70 people!
