Many people, especially women, want to have a very attractive appearance. It is inbred. Nevertheless, most of them do not want to do anything for this, except to do a make-up and big eyes or to buy another trendy jeans ... And when those extra pounds show up in such a manner that it is difficult not to see them, there's nothing to be done but to join the ranks of visitors to clothing stores for "big" people or find a good method to lose weight!

The most ridiculous and sad is that instead of consulting a professional nutritionist, people choose to use the most stupid ways to lose weight.

You can get to know the most idiotic methods to get rid of extra pounds quickly. Be attentive and cold hearted while reading, do not try to do everything right away, as some methods can make harm to your health.

  • Independent choice of diets. In the Internet one can find a lot of different diets. Who designed them? Who thought up those stupid titles? Many diets resemble meals of concentration camp. A person, who is far away from secrets and techniques of healthy nutrition, is not able to choose the most useful and less harmful one of all those diets. However, they find something, print it, write down to the everyday notebook and do not suspect that someone made a kind of experimental laboratory animal of them.
  • Starvation. Generally, this is a slow suicide. None of doctors will tell you that you are sane if you choose this 'diet'. But what an effective way to lose weight! First, some excess weight quickly goes away, however, the rest of all will remain even if you stop breathing. So the body is designed in such a manner that it slows down all functions and processes inside to a minimum, then it is a turn of the gastrointestinal tract to atrophy, afterwards blood biochemical composition worsens, etc. Among physicians it is called 'the slow road to nowhere' ... If you start eating like before after such a "diet", the pounds you have lost will come back with usury!
  • Smoking. There is no relationship between smoking and losing weight! It is a myth invented to discharge the nicotine addiction. It's very funny to hear when someone lists their daily nutrition intake: coffee, no sugar, sandwich, cigarettes, yogurt, dried fruit.
  • Wonder-working training simulators. The training simulators for the press are especially popular. Why did not they say in advertising that whether you make a perfect belly or not depends on the amount of subcutaneous fat that can not be removed? Most of these simulators are absolutely useless, even for training, not to mentioning the weight loss.
  • Forced vomiting. How do you have to hate yourself to suffer like this? What a sadomasochistic way! The logic of those people who love this "diet" is very difficult to understand... Unless someone specifically pushes the food into their mouth.
  • Reducing the size of the stomach surgically. It is a way for those who do not able to control themselves. What stops to make size of the stomach bigger than an airplane hangar again after the operation? And besides, people with obesity have a weak heart. So it is a high risk that they will not fully wake up from anesthesia.
