In addition, this form of yoga also promotes self-discipline; a trait that every weight watcher has to learn and practice. rnLike most alternative health practices, Power Yoga is most beneficial when done in tandem with traditional medical techniques. Also, a Power Yoga practitioner must make the right lifestyle choices in order to maximize the natural healing capacity of the exercise.
