The beginning of 2015 witnessed the launch of one of finest condominium projects that the city-state of Singapore has had in a long time- The North Park Residences. Located in the Yishun province of the city, the complex will stand right over the upcoming NorthPoint City. The construction of the complex has already begun, and the developers have given an estimated TOP of 2020 with legal completions expected to be completed by 2023. The North Park Residences, as well as the NorthPoint City, are being developed by renowned developers Frasers Centrepoint.

Frasers Centrepoint Homes is a fragment of the Frasers Centrepoint Limited group, or the FCL Group. The FCL Group has already launched the project in March-April of 2015, and the new launch condominium Yishun has seen large numbers of masses showing great interest in the property. More than 40% of the total 920 units have been sold at the launch itself, with more and more bookings coming through with each passing week. The various facilities and features of the property along with the supreme location of the project have captured the attention of many investors in the city. Moreover, the properties have been priced at a moderate S$1,300 per square feet, which is relatively inexpensive in comparison to the current market of the city. The price is also pretty justified in terms of the many facilities on offer.

Well, considering the various features of the property on offer, combined with the location, the project looks very promising for investors in the city of Singapore. Moreover, with the numerous developments planned for the future in the surrounding area, the properties in the Yishun province are sure to offer the perfect living conditions for the people in the city.
