In our crazy world with so much marketing, it's hard to tell truth from lies anymore. This is especially true in the food market. Many of the monster corporations come up with all these silly ideas like fat free and sugar free versions of food. So how do we dig through all the marketing and really see which foods are healthy and which aren't? I want to share the only thing you need to look for to determine if a food will be good for your body or not. This one aspect is the amount of processing a food goes through before it gets on your table. Processing is man's way of taking natural, good foods and turning them into easy-to-cook meals or other foods that usually are more convenient. The problem with all these foods is that they are so processed, they contain little to no nutritious value, which means our bodies won't be very healthy as a result of eating them. For example, if you just ate Ramen and Mac' 'cheese everyday, you would probably end up with a lot of health problems, plus you'd gain weight and never have any energy. So next time you're at the grocery store, fill up your cart with foods that are as unprocessed as possible. This means fruits and veggies, meats and other foods that are as close to their natural state as possible. Even better would be to find some farmer's markets in your area that offer fresh fruits and veggies that are grown in your town. These fruits are much less likely to be injected with hormones and sprayed with pesticides, and much healthier for you. If you like meat (like I do) then try and find a farmer that grows their own cattle and let's them eat their natural food (grass instead of grain). The meat that comes from these cows is loaded with nutrients and is so much healthier than grocery store meat. Keep these things in mind when you're shopping for your food from now on. Changing your lifestyle to eat more natural foods will greatly increase your energy levels, help you burn fat fast, and reduce your chance of getting sick. Incorporating an exercise program into your weekly routine will also be a big help if your goal is to lose some fat. If you need some exercise and workout ideas, then grab my 7-day Six Pack Abs mini-course. Each day I'll send you a new strategy that will explain everything from ab workouts to eating healthy in our crazy world. By this time next week you could be fully equipped to slim down and finally get that tight stomach.

Movement is one of the most honest forms of self-connection. The body never lies. It holds stress, records emotion, and reveals when something feels off. For many, this is why exercise has always been more than fitness; it’s therapy through motion. But not all movement heals. Some styles exhaust, others distract. True healing often begins in the slow, intentional kind, the kind that lets the body lead and the mind follow.rnThat’s where precision-based training, such as re
