Are you aware of the number of times every day that you either say “Yes” or “No,” to yourself? You are essentially saying one or the other with every thought you think, word you speak, decision you make or action you take. Or don’t. You’ll know which side of the scale your yeses and no’s are weighted on by how alive you feel. Or don’t. On Saying YES to You! Every “yes” you say to yourself increases your sense of aliveness. Your aliveness is the degree that the life force is flowing through you. Every time you say “no” to yourself you are closing off the flow of the life force moving through you, and decreasing your aliveness. You are always either increasing or decreasing your aliveness. The third of my Ten Commandments of Greatness is “... take the high road in everyday thoughts, words and acts whether anyone is looking or not.” Every thought, word and action no matter how seemingly small or inconsequential either increases or decreases your sense of trust, abundance, connection - and aliveness. Taking the high road is being true to YOU. In the process you are being true to everyone else. Each time you say “Yes” to YOU, you increase your sense of trust; trust that you can count on yourself. When you get the message that you can count on yourself your confidence increases. As your confidence increases, you tap your courage. You tap the courage - or heart - to take a stand for your truth, for what matters most to you, and for the transformation you want to see in your life and in the world. All the time! Saying “Yes” to YOU is the foundation for taking a stand for yourself. Taking a stand for yourself is the foundation for taking a stand for others, for something bigger than you. Each time you say “Yes” to YOU is an act of valuing yourself. As you value yourself more, you also value what you have to offer more. You can grow and confidently charge what you are worth. Charging what you are worth is a powerful act of being true to you, and to everyone else in the process. Saying “Yes” to YOU is the foundation for a rich and abundant life. Each time you say “Yes” to YOU, you increase your connection to your innermost and truest self. As you increase your connection to your true self, you increase your connection to the Divine, to the people in your life and to all of life. One of the core mis-beliefs of humans is that we are separate from each other. This mis-belief and its associated fear of being alone takes root and grows as you disconnect from and say “no” to your true self over time. YES to YOU is the way home to YOU! Saying “Yes” to YOU is the foundation for real connection - with yourself, the Divine and all others. It begins with you. Your aliveness is also your greatest attractor factor. It is your aliveness that ultimately attracts abundant health, wealth and happiness to you. Saying “Yes” to YOU is ultimately about aliveness. And feeling fully alive is what the Divine has in mind for you! Step Into Your Greatness! Say “Yes” to YOU and feel fully alive!

Instead of living in the moment, we live for the most part in our minds, cluttered with thoughts. These thoughts are in fact part of our memories from the past. These memories are either pleasant or unpleasant, depending upon whether we had a like or dislike towards them when they occured. For example, instead of enjoying the holiday you have been looking forward to, you spend most of your time thinking about your work whilst on holiday. You cannot fully relax and appreciate
