Non-vegetarians is always difficult and stressful, even to prepare food for vegetarians. However, it is a very simple and easy. More and more people are turning vegetarian these days and vegetarian snacks for the games have become a necessity everywhere.

These preparations take up less of your time than any other preparation. Gather some sesame paste, olive oil and some salt, add some mashed chickpeas from a can and you have a nice bath called humus. To give you a real taste of humus is to add the crushed garlic. This is one bathroom for everyone in your party and not only for vegetarians.

If you want your vegetarian guests to feel a little more special, have some chips kale or spinach. You do not have to remove the stem, as they may stick with it when you dip into the guacamole or hummus you prepared. These chips do not need salt, as they already have their own salty taste. All you have to do is to fry with fleshy leaves in a little oil until crisp.

An appetizer Most people do not think is doing some flower fritters. There are many flowers that are edible, but it is likely that in your garden are the nasturtiums and lavender flowers. All you have to do is move them to a batter and fry until golden brown. If you leave the stems, when collected, will be easier to hold.
