Did you ever wonder how your body protects itself from disease? More important, did you ever wonder how you could help get the job done?
Well, you probably know that your immune system leads the battle against diseases. And you may even know this defense system is the most complicated system in your body.
For one thing, the immune system is but one part of the ultra-confusing endocrine system. Half the world has a wonky endocrine system, and most aren’t getting much help from medicine.
And everybody in the world owns an immune system that’s under siege from bad guys. If your thyroid, or another endocrine gland, is in trouble, so’s your immune system.
And just to make things interesting, problems that start in the immune system can go on to whack other endocrine glands. And around and around and around we go.
This is a system that truly reaches out and touches everything. Whether it starts problems or gets dragged into them, the immune system is busy, busy, busy.
Allergies point at immune system weakness. Autoimmune diseases do, too. Even hair loss, including male pattern baldness, announces immune problems. Etc.
And medicine has nothing to offer for the immune system. Treatments, yes. Healing, no.
Medicine expects the immune system to weaken and die as part of getting older. Of course, when your immune defense dies, so do you.
Recent research, though, points to the possibility of stopping–even reversing–this slide to disease.
So let’s talk about four simple things we can do to save the day.
Build a solid vitamin/mineral program. All the endocrine glands, including the immune system, are nutrition hogs. And most of us need to know a lot more about vitamins and minerals than we do–at least, if we want to be healthy. My book, Pep for the Pooped (http://TooPoopedToParticipate), explains what the various vitamins and minerals do and how to know which you need.
Eat plenty of good saturated fat. Contrary to popular opinion, eating saturated fat will not raise your cholesterol levels or make you gain weight; in fact, it will do the opposite. But the really good news is sat fat will bless the socks off your brain, joints, endocrine system and pretty much every body part you have.
Get your sat fat from grass-fed beef, pastured chickens and their eggs, butter from grass-fed cows and organic coconut oil. (Raw coconut oil tastes strongly like coconut, while cold-pressed coconut oil is mostly tasteless. Both do good things.)
Avoid fluoride like the plague–which it is. Fluoride thumps each and every endocrine gland, your brain, and all your other body parts. It can lead to digestive dismay, COPD, weak bones, etc. And it weakens kids’ teeth whilst decorating them with ugly brown spots. Fluoride is poison that benefits nobody.
Don’t get vaccinations. Vaccines are designed to agitate the immune system into a response, and they leave behind lasting damage with each vaccination.
Also, vaccines include glutamate intended to increase their power, but glutamate stomps all over your hypothalamus, king of the endocrine system. And, as I said, all endocrine glands always share their troubles with the rest of the gang, so vaccines start an avalanche of woe.
And then there’s the aluminum in vaccines that finds its way to your brain, bringing along some seriously bad intentions.
Finally, to top things off, vaccines have no honest research backing up all the claims they promote health.
Are there any other things you can do? Many, many, many, but doing these four will bring major benefits your way.

CD38, a key depletion regulator molecule for CAR-T cells
In recent years, CAR-T cell therapy has become one of the most promising treatments for hematologic malignancies and autoimmune diseases. The immunosuppressive environment and T-cell dysfunction that CAR-T cells face in vivo are the main factors contributing to suboptimal CAR-T cell therapy. Among them, the depletion of CAR-T cells mainly stems from the repeated stimulation of tumor antigens as well as the continuous self-activation caused by the aggregation of CAR structures
