Also, the feeling of your muscles about to burst because they are swelled up feels good too, or possibly thats just me.
5. Eat healthy, well-balanced food items. You can never go wrong with natural foods like fruits, vegetables, grains, and meat. Try to stay away from highly processed foods because they tend to be on the unhealthy side.
