For people who hate the taste of plain water, adding a twist of lemon may help. Studies have shown that citrus fruits can help stimulate the production of saliva, which is another way of keeping your mouth healthy. You may want to try another recommended bad breath solution , but the four mentioned above are the easiest to follow, especially when the halitosis is only temporary.
