The world is fast-paced and if you do not catch up you will end up left alone while very else is moving ahead in their lives. To some extent that statement is true, however, when health is compromised because of our need for speed, we should start asking ourselves if our end goal is really worth everything that we need to sacrifice? Many people who are into fad diets and diet drugs think that spending too much time on a weight loss plan is pathetic when you can purchase Clenbuterol and slim down in such a short time. Quite surprisingly, it is also these people who find it too easy to munch on some chocolate before bedtime or eat a couple of donuts on their way home. To make the story short, those who are so fond of quick weight loss methods are also the very same people who do not even have the discipline to watch what they eat.

Here are some things which you might want to know:

1. Losing weight too quickly can cause serious health problems. Moreover, in most cases, weight lost too quickly will not stay off for too long. If the body is simply "shocked" to lose that amount of weight, then sooner or later, the weight will come back and the worst thing that could happen is that the only thing earned by the person who used Clembuterol or another diet drug to achieve the initial weight loss is bad health, nothing else.

2. The weight lost by a person on pills or some other drugs may not be because the burning out of stored fats. There is a high-risk that the weight loss experience is due to the large amount of weight lost by the body or worse, it is because a large amount of the stored glycogen muscle of the body has been drained out. Only two things will come after the artificial weight loss: (1) weight comes back immediately right after the diet program is finished and (2) the body lost too much water and muscle glycogen that it can become very sick.

What about muscle glycogen loss?

Our bodies need the right amount of nutrients in order to be in its optimum level. If we go into fad diets, we can deprive our bodies with the important nutrients that it needs. For example, we can lose a significant amount of muscle mass. Now this one is tricky because it can make use believe that we are indeed losing the stored fats in our bodies, but the truth is that we are actually losing muscles which is very risky. Muscle loss can lead to having a flabby appearance. It means that although the body may look slim, it is not firm and still gives the impression of being "soft" and "chubby".

What are the other risks?

Apart from muscle loss, those who patronize instant weight loss programs might experience severe nutritional deficiencies in the future. The nature of their weight loss program demands for them to eat around 500 to 800 calories of food only, that amount will definitely not suffice for their daily nutritional needs.
