But getting into the sarkari naukri can prove to be quite a hurdle. One has clear several competitive exams & interviews before one gets selected for it. Many a times one has to prepare for years in highly competitive examinations in order to get selected for it. However in private sector there are no such entry barriers which makes it extremely easy for anyone to join. Sarkari Naukri also entitles an individual to powerful positions in several govt sector which also adds to the status of an individual. Working for govt has been a dream for many but reaching there involves plenty of hurdles that one has to overcome through hardwork, patience & perseverance but at the end of the day is it worth it.
