The secret of True Wealth

He recalled Ralph Waldo Emerson saying, “A man is what he thinks about all day long.” He remembered Dr. Norman Vincent Peale in his Sunday sermons emphasizing “. . . . . if you think in negative terms you will get negative results. If you think in positive terms you will achieve positive results . . . “ He thought of the words in the Bible, “As he thinketh in his heart, so is he.” No! It really was not a secret.

Earl Nightingale knew that multitudes of people had never really understood the message clearly. He knew that thousands were wandering on heedless of the great potential that lies within them. He knew that the great mass of mankind were controlled by their thoughts . . . . . . rather than being in control of their thoughts. Eventually, he put the words on tape and sold millions of copies.
