When you think of fat loss, the spleen is probably one of the issues that comes to mind. However, it should be on top of the list.

In natural (and Oriental) medicine, the spleen is the main organ involved in digestion, in particular, its function is "transformation" and "transportation" of food. What it basically means is that the spleen extracts useful nutrition of waste and helps the body moving to the various organs, glands and other areas where nutrition is necessary.

The stronger the role of the spleen is the better you are able to extract nutrients from food. When you eat, the issue is not whether a particular food is really good for you, but rather as the spleen can remove the food from it. Therefore, the initial phase of any fat loss, weight loss program or re-design of the body must be to strengthen the spleen.

How? These are the main forms:

Virtually the entire exercise will help the spleen, provided is balanced by the stretching and relaxation. In other words, make sure it is balanced.

When you eat, do nothing but eat ... to concentrate and enjoy the food itself. Do not eat and work or watching TV, etc. This leads to a weakening of the spleen and poor digestion.

Eat foods that are yellow, brown or golden, about everything. Examples would be pumpkin soup, miso, tofu, etc. is considered the color yellow for strengthening the spleen.

Reduce sugar and dairy products. Too much sugar and dairy products will weaken the spleen faster than anything else. A little is fine, but the volume and frequency are the keys to big here.

Excessive consumption of cold foods can damage or weaken the spleen. This includes a lot of raw foods as well.

Excessive intake of calories, in general, especially to weaken the spleen. Have you noticed how many people get sick after the holidays? One of the main reasons is that huge amounts of food, especially poor quality food (s) that are consumed largely weaken the spleen. The spleen is one of the main organs involved in immunity. The stronger the spleen, the stronger the immune system is. And vice versa.

The excess liquid with a meal. The spleen does not like too much liquid with meals. A little hot liquid is useful, but too much dilutes the action of the spleen and weakens digestion.

If you have dedicated to this type of eating pattern, you may notice signs and symptoms associated with a weak spleen. These include:

Bloating or fatigue after eating;

Abdominal pain or discomfort

Energy-poor and a general feeling of heaviness. The spleen is a major organ associated with the production of energy.

Poor memory and confused thinking

Poor appetite or excess, lack of appetite, but is more commo

Digestive Disorders

Weak taste

Food sensitivities or allergies to food

"Reconstruction", the spleen, in terms of improving its function is a process typically 8-12 weeks. A person must be committed to avoiding the foods mentioned above and focuses on a healthy diet, regular eating times (spleen loves regular eating patterns, such as breakfast at 8, lunch at noon and dinner at 6 with little or no change) and exercise. Herbs such as Hgh Plus, hyssop, Codonopsis or Hawthorne. Digestive enzymes with every meal is a necessity. In addition, the entire spleen extract can be of great value.
