A lot of dog lovers today are confused whether to feed their dogs with a raw dog food or not. This topic is considered controversial and a lot of review is made for this topic. One thing, this article is focused on helping you decide whether feeding your best buddy with homemade foods will make them grow better or not. This article will present both the bane and boon of feeding your best buddy with commercial and raw foods. What are raw foods? These are meats of chicken, beef, fish, and quails that you prepared at home to feed your dogs. Usually, these foods are made whole so that it would be easier for your buddy to eat them. Your dog pets do not chew and grind the food you give them. Instead, they crush them. Feeding your dogs with the right menu requires knowledge regarding what raw foods to give them. For one, you should only feed them meats that are raised naturally and as organic as possible. Never feed them meats from feedlots because it could cause them some bad effects especially to their health and growth. It is also not advisable that you feed your pets with grains because their digestive organs are not as advanced as ours. It cannot cope all types of foods and grains are found out to cause most of dog allergies. Raw foods are usually cheaper than the ones available commercially. Aside from the fact that they are cheaper compared to commercial foods, they are also found out to be helpful in eliminating foul odors from dogs and they clean up the teeth of your beloved pet even in the absence of a toothbrush. Another good thing about raw menu is that because they are usually prepared whole and bony, there is enough time for the dog to crush their food giving enough time for their stomach to digest what they have eaten. When your dogs eat commercially available menu, they become prone to arthritis. They are also less energetic compared to the dogs with homemade diet. So if you want that your dogs will be spared from arthritis, you now have the idea of what to do. Feed your best friends with the menu they deserve so that they will become more active and energetic. These are just among the benefits of feeding your best buddy with raw dog food. Most dog lovers prefer homemade diet compared to the commercial ones. Like humans, if you feed your pets with the same food all throughout the week, they will lose their interest in eating. Some of them will prefer to starve themselves. Eventually, when they keep on avoiding the foods you offer them, they will grow very weak and of course there is a great tendency that your best pet will die out of hunger. As early as now, try to avoid.
