This means the good, the bad, the ugly and the orgasmic! Tantra teaches that the keys to true enlightenment and happiness is through being human and living fully in every moment but never getting stuck in any one moment, emotion or experience. Tantra is not only for couples. The keys to embracing the human experience is being a whole, complete individual and then you choosing to co-create experiences with others. So in a true Tantric practice, it is a solo journey with the added bonus of sometimes choosing to share and co-create with others. There are different tantric practices and techniques depending on the number of people involved.
