You've just completed the umpteenth crash diet. And those familiar feelings of failure and depression have set in. Your lack of success has nothing to do with you. Your body is trying to tell you some things -- are you ready to listen to it?

There are 5 keys that I'm going to share with you that will make you and your body happy. These five keys will unlock your body's ability to lose weight quickly and keep it off.

1. You are what you eat.
Your body craves life and energy, so eat foods that provide energy. Cooked food is dead food and does not give you the life you so desire. Your diet should consist of no less that fifty percent raw food -- fruits and vegetables.

2. Your emotions affect your weight.
If you are emotionally unbalanced, it is difficult to lose and maintain a healthy weight. Unbalanced emotions sometimes cause binge eating which robs you of energy and crush your chances of success. Practice relaxation and deep breathing. This will cause your emotions to level out.

3. Get motivated.
In order to get moving toward a goal, you must be motivated.
Imagine how you will feel when you look in the mirror and really admire what you see. A good way to get motivated is to listen to motivational speakers. Seek out people that can build you up and encourage you.

4. Supplements Matter.
Most people know that it is important to take vitamins. It is essential to supplement your diet in order to lose weight. Vitamin B-12 is one of the best supplements to take when you're trying to lose weight. It provides the needed energy and overall feeling of well being. Take the time to learn which supplements are best for you. It is a worthwhile investment that will pay off in the long run.

5. Pay Attention to Your Core.
It is important to add exercise to your weight loss regimen. Core strengthening and training is a great place to start. When I refer to the core, I am talking about the upper body including your abdomen, obliques and torso. Core traing will improve your posture, strengthen your spine and reduce back pain. A strong core will increase your overall athletic performance.

In addition to these five simple keys for weight loss, it is also important to incorporate exercises that help you gain muscle. Using free weights is a great way to develop lean muscle. Few people realize that having lean muscle is an excellent strategy for boosting your metabolism. One last thing to remember when it comes to losing weight is the need for cardiovascular activity. A good practice is to do some type of cardio exercises atleast three times a week.

So now you have some vital keys to put you on the road to fast weight loss. The primary goal should be to get fit and healthy, and losing weight is a big part of that. So put these helpful tips to use right away and begin to love your body again.
