Physical, Mental and Spiritual is the trinity that metaphysical businesses use for their slogans. What I have noticed with this is that the “Mental” part has been left out from most metaphysical businesses.

Physical is a big part of our society today. Message Therapists, Acupuncturists, Chiropractors, Reflexologies, Energy Healers…the list goes on and on.

Spiritual, is still very “Religious” whether Christian, American Indian or an ashtray our society tries to put us in a box by rewording the beliefs to fit the individual and call it metaphysics or universal.

Mental has been pushed under the carpet by metaphysical businesses until the last few years. Most “Mental” businesses believe nothing of metaphysics and keep us in the past.

Thank goodness the Mental/Mind is now being recognized as the most important because that is where the answers to everything exist. These answers not only apply to our mental calmness but to our physical health and our knowing of “Spirit” which engulfs everything visible and invisible. All of us live an illusion based off of others perceptions. Have you ever noticed that every belief we have is from another human being? We have learned from our parents, books, magazines, friends, TV and works of different “Bibles”. How few have learned from their source, the soul creator. I have always felt I beat to a different drum but I now know my main truth is the same as all others main truth. Truth = “I AM” or “WE ARE”. I am what I think about, what my soul feels. The Universe is whole and perfect therefore “I AM” whole and perfect. My goal is to unveil my illusions and perceptions from the human beliefs and live the “True Knowing” of my existence.

This all starts and ends with my thoughts. My thoughts create my experiences – they do not create me.
