The book has ten chapters touching on the Psychology of Attraction, the Insight on Personal Development, and Marketing.

If you do not realize what attraction marketing is, or you are new to the concept, the Magnetic Sponsoring book will give you a pin-point description, targeting in on the association origins of leaders (Alphas) and followers (Betas). - the foundation for Attraction marketing principles.

Mike correlates attraction to the principal human psychology that being attractive is not a choice, but based on survival instincts. On a basic level attractiveness creates symbiotic relationships. A leader has the value of safety and guidance to the group in exchange for the group following the leader. So the perception shows that as a leader grows his merit, additional followers will hunt him out.
thus, in short if you wish for people to follow you, amplify your esteem and become a leader.

Mike Dillard says that folks join people, not businesses. People search for answers for their problems, which happen to be a lack of cashflow and leads for distributors. Therefore a network marketer ought to promote a "how to" marketing system to other network marketers and permit the system itself to promote the company products. ed. You do not get to own the leads you create in the Magnetic Sponsoring system. Throughout the book, Mike alludes to building a record of followers, but never precisely states that you want to create YOUR OWN list. You may generate quality leads within his system, but remember they build his list and belong to him if you depart.

... But even so, the principles remain the same. And do not worry. There are other systems that do build your own list. (Just glimpse at the one I use).

So the question still holds... Will the principles in Magnetic Sponsoring work in your business? Well, let us just say that these attraction principles are practiced effectively in every business outside of the mlm industry. The heavy hitters within the network marketing industry use them wholly. Just look at the MLM empire Mike Dillard has built for himself. And the students following in his footsteps are growing like never before. As written in the introduction of the book, this "will ABSOLUTELY change your life IF you put it to use."
