As a marketing and sales persuader our main goal is to hear the powerful word ‘YES’. I believe that you will do everything just to get what you want from your prospects and it must be always the word ‘YES’.
You know what, every time you hear ‘NO’ from your clients after you did your best, it feels like you are being thrown into a lake of fire and you feels failure and discouragement. Hearing this words is fine and you must not be discourage because there are a lot people around you that needs your product and you just need to seek harder for them.
This does not mean that it will be always fine to here this word ‘NO’ because this word is a nightmare in sales.
I will be sharing you here the power of persuasion to always hear the magical word ‘YES’.
In persuading a client, you need to prepare your methodology because this will put you in control of everything. This will enable you to organize well the process of your persuasion.
Sometimes your clients are having doubts and puzzled if they did the right thing on picking you for their needs. The power of persuasion that you put in your methodology will help you notice this. Try placing yourself in your clients’ shoes and try to understand what they would feel the first time they picked you.
The first thing that you need to do here is try to make your client feel that they did the right thing in choosing you and also make them feel confident in the situation.
Always be positive.
Always practice not to mention the word ‘NO’ when persuading your clients. This means that before you can hear the word ‘YES’ from your clients, you must start it in with you by always saying the magical word specially when your clients starts giving and sharing their opinions. You need not to block the opinions of your clients and just agree and say ‘YES’ and then followed it up with your explanations of the consequence. “Yes you’re right but then always keep in mind that…..”. Just like this.
Another thing here in marketing and sales is that you need to drive your clients to your way of thinking. Therefore you need to focus always on the problems and on business objectives.
