Leadership is one of the most salient ingredients of a community that is searching for improvement. Today, potential leaders are scattered everywhere and all that's left to do is to arouse their leadership vein and let it run into their blood and become the best of who they are in whatever endeavor they would want to lead to.

right from wrong even under pressure. Leaders know how to think fast when taking action on urgent dilemmas. They are able to solve problems through analysis and discussion followed by action. They make good decisions based on knowledge, priorities, and awareness of risks.
