Whole body vibration consists of standing or sitting on a platform that transmits vibrations throughout the body. It may seem to be too easy or way too simple to do much for the different systems in your body, but using this type of vibration therapy can actually boost your health and enhance your life. In a lot of health and fitness centers worldwide and also in rehabilitation or therapeutic facilities, these models provide oscillating vibration therapy to countless people. This technology was at first developed as a means to enhance both muscle mass and bone density, and numerous additional benefits have been reported and shown to be true by scientific studies. Balance is one of the primary things that will improve once you begin using whole body vibration. Your body has to compensate for the movement of the oscillating system, and your brain has to send acceptable messages to your muscles in a quick fashion to keep you from falling over. The system vibrates at a rate of up to 50 times each minute, causing your brain and body to react immediately to keep you in balance. Those with balance issues due to disease or injury can usually benefit from using an oscillating platform. When you stand on a platform which offers oscillating vibrations, the vibrations move up your legs and throughout your entire body. The muscles have to contract and relax automatically in order for you to maintain your balance. Similar to the way that walking uses muscles on one side at a time, these types of oscillating movements stimulate the muscles to contract on one side of the body at a time. With the alternate vibrations, each side of the body can increase in muscle mass through successful usage of these muscles. When you use a vibration platform, there are a wide variety of postures that can be tried, enabling you to work numerous muscles groups in the body. When muscles contract, the bones are drawn as the tendons attaching the muscles to bone are moved. Bone density is enhanced after some time resulting in stronger bones which would be less likely to break. For anyone struggling with decreasing mobility or health conditions that limit their movement, this form of therapy is ideal. Having one at home and standing on the platform is far more effective than other forms of exercises you would be able to complete on your own safely. This is especially important for elderly people, whose bone density has normally reduced with age and are concerned with losing independence that can occur because of broken bones. Exercising your body by using an oscillating platform provides more than simply physical benefits. As with all physical exercise, endorphins that make you feel happy or exhilarated are released, as well as the pleasure chemical dopamine. Using an oscillating platform routinely can increase natural serotonin levels, which leads to better sleep, increased energy, clearer thinking, a healthy appetite, and a general feeling of pleasure. The levels of the stress hormone cortisol are reduced with regular exercise which for those who regularly have a problem sleeping could benefit tremendously from this form of vibration exercise. Due to the low impact exercising, this does not have the same type of strain or possibility for injury high impact exercises can. Because of this, it may be an ideal form of exercise for those with joint problems or difficulties with chronic pain. The whole body vibration can certainly help you get healthy and stay healthy as long as you are following a well balanced diet along with other good lifestyle choices.

Movement is one of the most honest forms of self-connection. The body never lies. It holds stress, records emotion, and reveals when something feels off. True healing often begins in the slow, intentional kind, the kind that lets the body lead and the mind follow.rnThat’s where precision-based training, such as re
