“Only Positive and Negative Choices”

Everyone has said they are having a bad day and thus feel down and out and feel like the world is against them. Yet in reality, there is no such thing as a bad day. It’s our perspective on everything that makes the difference.

How Many Times Have You Said: Today is a Bad Day

What we say, do, and think is all part of our actions. And our actions create our day. And our karma is built upon that which is created by what we say, think, and do… thus we are the creators of our own life. No one is forcing us to think a certain way. No one is forcing us to say certain things. And no one is forcing us to act in a certain way. It’s all our own choosing… and thus we are the creators of our own existence. Yet so many people feel they are the victims of circumstances.

We Can Choose

The reality is we can choose what to think, say, and do.

When something like a car accident takes place… we can think good thoughts or automatically go to negative thinking… it’s our power of choice.

Lets Turn Life Around

When that car accident takes place

Let’s think positive thoughts such as: “Wow I am glad no one got hurt”.

Let’s say positive words such as: “How are you doing” to the other drive.

Let’s take positive actions by helping others who were part of the accident.

A lot of people would be ranting, raving, and getting angry at other people who were part of the wreak and at themselves. But does any of this do any good? No not at all… in fact it causes more pain and suffering… especially for ourselves.

So The Reality is There are No Bad Days

There are only negative ways of reacting to what takes place in our lives.

As Forest Gump talked about this while sitting on the park bench —

“Life is Like a Box of Chocolates”.

The reality is that life is sweet if we look at life that way.

And if we look at life that way…

Everything in our life is always great… one way or another.

So What are You Going to Think, Say, and Do Today?

Many Blessings to Everyone!
