To Thine Own Self Be True

As life proceeds, so to do our intentions change. My wish for you is that your dreams and goals change in favour of your deepening access to your true self.

I have set many goals and many intentions in my life. I've had many desires, some have been fulfilled, some have not. Sometimes fulfilled desires have been like stripping layers of an onion, revealing the next desire, which is deeper and closer to my true spirit.

My desires now are to live connected to Source, to discover what it is that my spirit wants, and to allow my goals and direction to come from that.

What is most interesting is seeing that the smoothest and most graceful path means to honour what I like and dislike, honour the way my spirit wants to work in the world, which may not necessarily agree with ideas I have or others have about how things should be done, and align myself with that. It means working with where you are, and what will serve you best in that moment. It means being flexible in ideas of right and wrong, and replacing it with what is appropriate in that moment.

Let your desires be what you want your life to be, let your focus be that, for what you focus on grows. Be bold and brave and dream big, let go of all limitations just for a moment - imagine you have complete freedom to choose how to live your life, because you do! Yet your spirit has already chosen, and in honouring those choices you will close the gap of separation between what you think you are and what you really are.
