Almost every couple has issues that they argue about. What matters is how it's handled, so it doesn't damage the relationship. To help you handle these battles the best way possible, we`ve listed what couples argue about, and the best way to fix them. Annoying habits- Different things irritate people on a different level, and living with them won`t automatically show you that. To one person, leaving the kitchen messy may not be such a huge deal, but in their partners eyes, it`s huge. A list should be made of what the biggest problems are in a relationship and what they rank on a scale of 1-10. By doing this, people can understand that they are dealing with a seven instead of a 4, and issues living together can be accurately dissected. Work- Work can be an issue in a relationship, especially if it`s taking away from your time together, which could be the actual issue. rnNorth Americans are widely known for having two major issues when it comes to family life. One is that they have a way of making themselves too busy. Filling up their schedules with extra activity that occupies time that could be spent with people they love. In other words, placing other matters ahead of the people they love. Another is that they put work before the people they should be spending their time with in life. The underlying issue is that people come secondary. Sex- Even lovers who decide not to have sex until marriage fight about this. Sex can be a hard thing to argue about as well, because it is different for every couple. There are a lot of wrong ideas about sex due to Hollywood and pornography. What’s needed is a correction of how sex actually happens in real life in relationships. You need to sit down and have a talk with your partner and communicate your needs. Getting properly educated about sex wouldn’t hurt either, as illusions about sex make up most of the trouble, and people grow up believing them. Finances- Again in the top three matters couples argue about comes money. One of the most overlooked issues when planning to move in together is the topic of finances. People just assume that because they love each other, matters will work out. What people don`t realize is that when people start living together, their ways of handling finances need to change as well. They need to develop a couple mindset of spending, otherwise their financial troubles, can spill into their relationship. Relatives- Almost every couple will fight about which family members they will be going to when it's time for the holiday seasons. People need to see the true problems when it comes to this. What’s typical is that family is frequently left on the back burner, and only visited once or twice a year. As a result, the holidays become the only time they get to be seen, which is why fighting over time to see them becomes so crucial.rnWhat can be done is to visit them outside of holidays, spending more time with relatives. If this isn’t an option, then talking more on the phone, through Skype, or the web can bridge the relationship gap. Taking turns to see each side of the family is another solution, but won’t resolve the probable root issue. Stress- Stress from work, family, road rage or whatever the reason, can add to any relationship. The things we pick up all through the day can weigh us down and as a result, we take it out on our partner. What`s needed are methods like; breathing, prayer, walks, and other habits that lessen stress. In the long run, we can`t change whether or not stress comes along in life, but we can change how we deal with it. What couples do with their time- Couples will fight over what the other does with their free time. The way it typically goes is; after work, after the chores are done, when Saturday comes around, or when people finally gets time to themselves, they already has intentions in mind for their partner. rnUnderstandably, there`s a struggle that happens between the time spent in a relationship and the time spent as an individual. The best solution is to do things that both parties enjoy, not trading between what one person likes and the other doesn`t. Then if you can`t find something you both take pleasure in, discover something new to do together. This way people don`t resent being in a relationship. Hopefully you haven`t been through too many of these battles with the one you love. The healthy news about the matters we argue about is that there have been couples who have gone ahead of us, learn from them. In order to help your relationship, learn the most about them by asking the right questions, making you prepared for a life together forever. rnMore Interesting Articles: Dating MistakesQuestions for couples
