Things to Do San Francisco; More Than Just Full House

So, you are looking for things to do San Francisco? Is it just me or does anyone else instantly think of Full House when they hear about San Francisco? Ya know, Danny Tanner and his talk show, Wake Up San Francisco... Well, as awesome as it would be to include the Full House home Tour on you list of things to do in San Francisco, it is not one of them, however, we'll tell you the must see attractions of San Francisco, California. Here goes your family fun, Full House style check list of things to do San Francisco. Ok, besides Full House, the second thing that has to pop in to everyone's mind is the Golden Gate Bridge, right? If you've got a few kids I'm sure in school they've seen pictures of this monstrosity of a bridge, called Golden Gate. Now, just thinks of your kids tiny little faces lighting up when they get to see one of California's amazing historical attractions! Those dull school text book pictures will now come to life for them! Again, with the Full House reference, I know they need to stop, but serious the opening credits end with a fabulous view of the Golden Gate Bridge. Make Gold Gate Bridge a priority on your things to do San Francisco list! Alright, next stop on this road trip-- Bay area's Discovery Museum, anyone? Discovery museum is an awesome interactive learning adventure of a lifetime for the kids, hay and maybe even you, too! The Discovery museum has several different rooms for kids to learn in some of the best environments, including an art room, a tot room, where young children learn all kinds of fun science things, and then you can end the day with a wave workshop! You and the kids can learn all about how science plays in to the wind and the creation of waves. Discovery museum is so much fun for the kids, and how often do you get to have fun and learn all at once, and especially on vacation?! But, do you want to hear the very best part of all? If you don't want to stick around for the wave workshop, there is an option to drop off the kids for a bit, they call it, "drop off creative enrichment program." So, go ahead drop the kids off cause the next thing on your thing to do San Francisco list of attractions should not involve the kids. Napa Valley-- known for its fine wine. Napa Valley is wine country. So, if this fits in to your taste buds then check out all the wine along the long twisty roads through gorgeous wine country. If wine is not so fine for you, at least go for the drive. Miles of vineyards line curve after curve, a gorgeous sight indeed. Well, you've been out in wine country for a while you had best go pick up the kids from their interactive fun at the Discovery museum ( as long as the wine didn't do you in...) and if today wasn't enough fun for the kids maybe check out the zoo or a hot air balloon ride, talk about fun!
