If you are serious about losing weight fast and achieve your former body in your younger days, you certainly need to do more than just exercise or even worrying about it. You need to eat right. By eating right, I mean adequate diet that contain all the essential things to eat to lose weight. Like the right mixture of calcium, carbohydrates, iron, minerals, proteins and vitamins.
As fats are part of our cell membranes that enable our body to function normally, we cannot avoid and eliminate them totally. But what we can do is to minimize them by consuming healthy food and cutting down on everything else that only enable us to enjoy for a while but not benefit for long-term.
The rule of thumb is very simple. If you eat healthy, your cellular processes will operate normally whether it is your body or even your mind. The way you think, express and act upon. But if you eat unhealthy, you will find your body and even your mind not being to react as how they should in your youth due to lack of nutrition.
The truth is when your cell structure becomes impaired, your cells have to keep working harder to make up which unfortunately is impossible all the time. That is also when your body loses immunity and becomes vulnerable to all kinds of illnesses and disease attacks.
The difference between someone who eat and live healthy and someone who does not is very obvious when they are old. The former still live as usual and being happy since he or she can still enjoy life while the latter has full of regrets and wanting to die as a former of release from agony.
So knowing the right things to eat is extremely important. I say this because like it or not, you still have to eat everyday to survive and do things normally. Especially when there are people who have the misconception of skipping meals are the best alte
ate to losing weight.
This is evident in some girls wanting to be celebrities and supermodels at all costs. Instead of losing weight, they ended up losing their lives as as their bodies broke down completely due to long periods of fasting and self-denial from eating.
The right things to eat are vegetables, fruits and lean meat whether it is from poultry and seafood. Having these together in portions helps to keep your body balanced and hormone production normal. It also helps your muscles to build and grow while your fats burn simultaneously. All the vitamins, proteins, minerals and carbohydrates we consumed are present in those.
So since we already know, why are we still not being healthy? That is because eating right is hard to do especially when you are outside and working. Most of the foods that are being sold in public are being processed and contains full of junk. But they taste so delicious that we are tempted to buy and eat them. Fast food and sweet desserts are the best examples.
The second reason is that we have been misled in believing that good fats – those that are natural and unprocessed – have been totally removed from foods before being cooked and processed.
The third reason is because we are lazy or do not know how to cook so we eat out. Truth is, most of the restaurants and fast food outlets we go to do not use the proper oils to cook with.
