IF YOU WOULD PREFER TO VIEW AND LISTEN TO THIS BLOG ON YOU TUBE – PLEASE CLICK OR PASTE THIS LINK IN YOUR BROWSER: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aOlCE69xEOM

I want to begin this message expressing my humble thanks and gratitude for the hundreds of kind comments and support for my work received over the past few weeks from Thinkiatry’s Blog, You Tube, Twitter, Facebook, and Search Engines.

Thinkiatry’s Principles, Process, and Path cannot yield any long term value or change the emotional landscape of your life by simply reading or listening to my messages. Many will temporarily feel better and intellectually agree, but that will be the end of it. There will be no long term impact on your ability to achieve healthier psychological functioning and a happier life each day.

Learning Thinkiatry’s Principles and Process to overcome your habitual life-long negative thinking and emotional distress must be taught, coached, rigorously practiced, and discussed. Your thinking and resulting emotions are unique and the result of your own life experience. No one else on this earth thinks and feels like you do.

Thinkiatry’s first three Principles, Thinking, Feelings, and Moods train us to overcome our negative thoughts before they result in low moods, thought attacks, anxiety, depression, fear and so on. However, because our negative thought patterns and their content are unique to each individual in quantity and severity these challenges require instruction, discussion, coaching, and practice. Thinkiatry’s live, online classes are designed to help you deal with your own unique negative thoughts and emotions while training you to end the emotional distress your habitual thought system has caused in your life. After you complete training, discussion, coaching, and practice focusing on the way you have traditionally thought, felt, and experienced moods you are prepared to improve your relationships with others.

You will have gained an entirely new perspective to deal with relationships and the 4th Principle of Separate Realities. You will understand that others suffer from their own unique habitual thoughts, feel bad, and may be in a low mood. You will also understand why others will not think and feel like you do. In fact, you will soon begin to appreciate, accept, and respect your differences – how many marriages, family, co-workers and other relationships may survive, improve and grow stronger with this new knowledge and skill? How will your emotional life change with the virtual elimination of negative thoughts, their resulting crippling emotions, relationship drama, and pain?

As you begin to master Thinkiatry’s Thinking, Feelings, Moods, and Separate Realities Principles you are prepared to learn and experience your life’s greatest spiritual prize – Principle #5, Life in the Moment which can only be achieved when negative Thoughts, Feelings, Moods, and Separate Realities are practiced each day. Life in the Moment, Healthy Psychological Functioning and Happiness become your way of life – managed and controlled by you – a trained, coached, and accomplished Thinkiatrist!

Although you can begin live online classes anytime, Thinkiatry’s 12 classes are taught monthly on consecutive evenings and Saturday mornings. Please go to my homepage www.thinkiatrywebinar.com and click the Green Schedule Now Button to view Group class Subjects, Dates, and Times. Tutored classes are also available and scheduled to meet client needs.

The March online class cycle begins with the Principle of Thinking scheduled Monday and Tuesday evenings the 28th and the 1st. My continuing efforts to teach Thinkiatry depend upon my clients and live class registrations.

Become a Thinkiatrist, the happiest people on earth.
