THINKIATRY & EMOTIONAL SELF-THERAPY

Thinkiatry’s 5 Principles are Thinking, Feelings, Moods, Separate Realities, and Life in the Moment. Learning each Principle provides the knowledge and skills to integrate the next into a virtually foolproof process of self-therapy to eliminate negative thinking, feelings, moods, and their impact on our mental health and relationships with others each day.
The quality of our day-to-day psychological functioning begins with our thinking, the 1st principle. All of our emotional conflicts and ailments in our lives begin with a negative thought – a negative thought that we choose to make real. Anger, anxiety, fear, depression and so on cannot exist without negative thoughts.
Our Feelings, Principle #2, are the beacon and navigational tool to let us instantly know negative thoughts are active and if they continue will take us off course toward emotional distress and conflict. We can’t have a negative thought without feeling the effect.
If negative thinking persists our feelings accumulate and ultimately result in Thinkiatry’s 3rd Principle, Moods. Using Thinkiatry’s Principles, Low Moods can only occur when negative thoughts are allowed to become so numerous and real that negative feelings compound and to become a low mood. Ideally, using our feelings to monitor our thoughts and rejecting negative thinking we begin to feel will prevent these emotions from ever reaching the low mood stage. Thinkiatry’s Principles teach self-therapy to prevent negative thoughts from reaching the thought attack or low mood stage, leaving more time to feel happy and content.
Thinkiatry’s first three Principles (Thinking, Feelings, and Moods) have taught us to watch, identify, and eliminate our personal habitual negative thinking – we can now feel happy most of the time. Imagine living without stress, anxiety, fear, and so on – how different the quality of your life could be.
In summary, the 1st three principles teach us to virtually eliminate negative thoughts and enjoy healthy psychological functioning in our personal lives. But, what about our relationships with others who are still living with the habitual negative thoughts we have learned to control. The 4th Principle, Separate Realities teaches us how to deal with our relationships for those who are not trained in Thinkiatry.
Separate Realities teaches us that no two people will ever think exactly the same way we do, and it’s OK. The 1st 3 Principles have taught us how and why others are negative, feeling bad, or suffering in a low mood. You will no longer be frustrated when others don’t see things your way – you will have much more compassion, understanding, and happiness in all of your relationships. And, of course, you will share Thinkiatry’s Principles to help others who are ready and willing to listen.
Finally, using the knowledge and understanding of the first 4 Principles your thinking will be healthy, your feelings will reflect few, if any, negatives; your moods will be calm, and your Separate Realities relationships with others will be healthier and happier. Eliminating negative thoughts has now freed up more time to enjoy Thinkiatry’s 5th Principle Living in the moment.
Much has been written and said about living in the moment, but I have never read or heard about how we achieve this elusive spiritual prize. Thinkiatry’s Principles have built the steps to virtually eliminate negative thoughts, feelings, moods, and relationship conflict. You now have much more time for happiness, contentment, and living in the moment without the traditional emotional challenges caused by habitual negative thinking that rarely give us any time for anything but stress, frustration, and anxiety.
Thinkiatry’s Principles, Process, and Path will change the emotional landscape of your life for the better forever.

Using these processes Increases the rate of Spontaneous Healing 100%. Regression is easier for a child because they live in an imaginary world and a session can be framed as a game. Furthermore they aren’t programmed yet to believe their souls only have one inca ate life.
