This is How You Change Lives, Make Money And Feel Fulfilled

OK, the chances are that if you are here reading this and you are in my community, you want to make the world a better place in some way…

And at the same time, you want to make money and change the lives of YOU and your family too…

And you have these ideas going through your head and you can see that it is causing you to hold back but you do not know how to combat these thoughts…

You wonder if you have a right to keep putting stuff out there when it just does not seem to be hitting the spot…

To get anyone to move to the next level for them…

You have to go be where they are right now…

Let me say that again…

NOBODY is moving anywhere until you go right down to the trenches where they live every single day of their life and you graciously lift them up to a new place…

Do you see how important this is?

I missed it and missed it and MISSED it for ages and wondered why I struggled and struggled to bring the transformation that I knew people wanted but just could not seem to get…

Even though I knew I could help peeps, they just did not seem to be transforming…

I had all the information, all the techniques that once applied would absolutely work but what I did not have, was the ‘go be where they are’-ness that they needed to feel heard, to feel understood and then to feel like they could do what it takes to move.

I was the expert…

The one with all the answers…

I knew what they needed to do if they said they wanted change…

But they did not do it because they wanted understanding first!

They wanted to know that I was right there with them, in the fire…

Not pushing them to be something they did not feel they could be yet…

Will you hear and understand what I am saying to you?

As change agents, you and I can sometimes be so professional that we no longer connect at a human level.

People may look up to you but they do not think they can be or do what you are or do…

And so they admire from afar without ever properly engaging.

Come back down to the level of your people…

Remember what it was like to feel like they feel…

Have compassion for where they are…

Listen to what they say…

Really hear them…

Be the person who hears them when others just talk at them…

And then let them pace you a little as you show them what the next little step is for them.

Yes, I get it…

You want them to have it all. NOW!

And you can see how easy it would be for them to JUST.DO.IT!

But it is a little arrogant for us to think this way, don’t you think?

As though we know the answer to everything when we have not really walked a day in their shoes!

Do you see why they may not respond?

Listen in to your people…

Hear what they are saying!

Not what you think they SHOULD BE SAYING!

Hear them really, right now.

Love them.

And then serve them from their ‘HERE’

Immerse yourself in your people’s ‘HERE’!

I know you know what they need…

But it may not be what they want… YET!

Because they do not know they need it.

Be patient and meet them where they are at.

And then they will open their heart to let you take them to the next level FOR THEM!

Take your pride and ego out of it.

Be human. Be here now.

This is how you change lives, make money and feel fulfilled.

Fight for, deliberately design the life you are born to live.
