As used here, "accessible travel" means travel that takes into consideration both the physical and cost hurdles that often face those with physical or mental impairment. A good travel agent for disabilities is an invaluable ally when making accessible travel choices, they can take all the guess work out of making the reservations and know the questions to ask to make your reservation seamless.

Amtrak: They are all setup for accessible traveling, and who doesn't want to ride the train, what fun. Just make sure that all your stops of interest and destinations are also accessible friendly. When making your reservations ask for the accessibility cabin, the accessibility bedroom is a dream. Compared with other sleeper cabins, this room is huge, sports a fully accessible bathroom, so be sure and reserve it in advance so there isn't any surprises when you board, and make sure it is stated on your reservations.
