3. Eat Lots Of Berries. Any type of berry falls under the catergory of super weight loss food. Strawberries in particular are great not only for their taste but for the fact that they help suppress your hunger. Hunger pangs can be distracting and this will enable you to focus on eating less snack and junk foods.
