Time to Unbound

What does it mean to be unbound? If you were a book it would mean you have no binding. Not a good idea to live your life like a book with the pages stuck together. If you’re feeling confined it might be time to “unbound”.
Where in your life do you feel you’re bound?

Do you feel like letting loose and expressing who you really are? If you’re holding back or hiding out. It’s time to stop Tip-Toeing through life bound by what others think, trying so desperately to fit in. Let loose and just be the “unbound” you.

One of the best decisions I made in my life was to fully embrace who I am and not hold back or censor myself. The way that I live, work and play is 100%, a creative expression of who I am as a person. Some people may not like it, imagine that!

Are you bound by what others tell you to do, so you do what you think they want you to do?

Do you show up as the original, authentic, 100% version of you or do you find yourself trying on a personality trait that’s not really you? It’s often easy to feel the need to “copy-cat” others' actions because it seems like the better route to fit in, but really, shouldn't you stand out? To be a second rate version of someone else (not cute!). Standing out is very hard, yes, because it requires you to be bold & stop worrying about what others think.
Whether it's your signature style, or even your manner of speaking, if your preferred way of doing something strays from the mainstream, then “Flaunt it”. You heard me right, “Flaunt it”! Don’t be bound by what other people think. It's impossible to be yourself or freely express yourself when you're caught up in wondering or worrying about what other people think. To be yourself, you've got to let go of these conce
s and just let the real version of yourself flow. Let loose and just be the “unbound” you!

Rest assured you might raise a few eyebrows, some may even roll their eyes, think you’re crazy and even make fun, but as long as you stand firm with confidence and say "I’m Going To Be Me" and leave it at that, people will ultimately respect you for it, and you'll respect yourself.

When other’s try to hold us back it’s only because their afraid to stand out themselves & command presence. I don’t know who said “Live Out Loud” but it sure sounds good!

Being different is an absolutely stunning way to live…

Don’t be bound by the bloopers & blunders of your past. We're all imperfect, have flaws, made a mess and more than our share of mistakes. If you feel ashamed or insecure about any aspect of yourself get over it. No need to hide those parts of you, whether physically or emotionally take those lessons & propel to the next level.

Release negative thoughts, speak positively about yourself and hone your gifts & talents. You will undoubtedly get better and frankly, become a better version. Sounds amazing, right?

What is the best version of you?

Love and accept yourself as you are now while simultaneously working to get better. Show up every day as the “unbound” you and show the world you're proud of the way you are! If you're always working to be someone you're not, you'll never be happy on the core level. Nobody knows you better than you and if you live for yourself with the highest and best intentions your life will only get better.

Free yourself from the bonds of your past. Don’t be tied to the way things have always been and most certainly not let it define your future. Be open to let go of the old and live your life “unbound” while always seeking to reveal the best (you might feel comfortable saying better) version of you.

Don’t let people change you & don’t be bound by what other’s tell you to do!
