Breastfeeding is a wonderful feeling that a woman can experience. This is useful for both baby and mother in several ways. However, the breast care is equally important. Not only will the supply of hygienic milk child, but also help the mother stay in shape and strength of her breasts. Lactation, special precautions that should be breast:
1st Keep the breasts and nipples clean and dry during lactation. This prevented them from becoming sore and infected.
2nd Do not immerse in water or let the nipples remain damp, which will lead to cracking and infection of the nipples. Just wash the breasts and nipples with plain water as a daily routine.
