Not many of them really work. What are you waiting for? Let me give you some of the most effective parenting tips. Always aim to be of the best example for your kids. Remember to encourage them to do better. Never discourage them. The children will never get any good out of that. So as much as necessary do praise your child in every good thing he or she has done. There´s a lot of difference between praising and encouragement. Give a reward or gift to them as a praise for doing a good work. If this will make them to pursue better, it's definitely worth the effort. Always encourage them to do good things. Always talk with the children with earnesty when you don't like what they are doing and avoid screaming. Shouts and screams must be removed from parent to child discussions. That behavior in a serious discussion will only make things worse. If the child is at need and ask for help, your open arms and willingness to help will improve your relation. This one is important. When help is needed, you will for sure be the first person that they would be calling. If anything is wrong you will be the first to know. And you will surely be the first person who will help them out and this will matter a lot for them. Expensive toys isn't needed to make them feel that you care for them. Your priority should be quality time, thats what needed. The more quality time you can give to the children, the better and they will surely feel that you love them. Playtime is primetime and will give them funtime. Read books with them and that would mean so much fun for them. Your relationship with the child will grow even deeper if you put in good quality time. It was what I had to say for now.
