Below are some relatively easy tips that men can take to improve their fertility: • Improve diet and Lifestyler The best advice for improving male fertility is the same as for any other male who is willing to live a healthier lifestyle. Having plenty of fresh fruits, whole grains, vegetables and legumes can improve your fertility. The antioxidants and linolenic acid found in many food items can improve male fertility; especially processed meats can increase sperm count and its motility. • Maintaining a healthy body weightr Most of people are not fully aware that having excess body weight can have a negative effect on overall individual health. Men having over body weight have high levels of health risks, like risk of heart disease, diabetes and other serious other health conditions. Overweight or obese BMI directly affect the quantity and quality and your sperm, which further results to fertility problems in most of men. Your overweight can also have a negative effect on your child’s DNA, and your child likely to have a high BMI themselves. The best way to maintain a healthy BMI is to consume healthy diet and become physically active. • Avoid Alcohol and Smokingr Excessively consumption of alcohol can affect the quality of sperm.
