An advertisement with a good structure has a headline, opening statement, narrative description of features, special promotions, and a call to action with the seller’s contact information. This is the very basic structure that can work no matter what is the type of property you are selling.

If you want to make the most out of the advertisement’s headline, you don’t need to lie, exaggerate, or price the property at 50% of its market value.
