Be Confident
Use body gestures to enhance your confidence level. Use correct posture, stand/sit up tall, smile and know your area of expertise well.
Be Courteous
A person that is polite with good manners sends the message that they appreciate others. You don't have to like someone to be kind to them. It shows the type of person you are and helps others to see positive things they may need to change about themselves.
Be Creative
If you are a person that has wonderful creative ideas, then let them flow. Don't hold back your creativity for fear of failure or rejection. You never know when it could become a positive force for something that is much bigger than human comprehension.
Be Honest
Honesty can go a long way spiritually, morally and professionally. Have the dignity to be honest about your abilities and expectations. Let people know what you expect from them, but also be honest when feedback is sought from you.
Be Open
Have an open mind when it comes to criticism and feedback; whether positive or negative.
Be Positive
Having a positive attitude reflects who you are as an individual and projects positive vibes on those around you. A person can be positive, even when faced with challenging situations. Try to find the positive side of any situation; good or bad.
Be Respectful
Always respect those around you, whether it's the CEO or the janitor. Respecting the views, opinions and feedback from others go a long way, especially if you are someone leading a team of individuals.
Be Yourself
Don't try to act like someone else. Just love yourself and be who you are!
