Most women have misconceptions that they can get pregnant as quickly as they want to. But it’s not that easy as u think. While most couples get pregnant without any problems, there are few things that aspiring mothers can do to increases their chances of conception. Almost every women wish to experience motherhood at least once in their lifetime. So, there are many things you should consider when it comes to how to become pregnant. Women should keep a check on their ovulation cycle as fertilization takes place when the egg is on the way to uterus, it is important that you become familiar with the process. Baby growth during pregnancy depends largely on what kind of food the mother is taking and her properly daily care. It is imperative to eat right. Being underweight or overweight affects the ability to get pregnant and also hampers baby growth during pregnancy. Pregnancy span lasts for nine months and during this time, your will experience a lot of changes in your body. Your body weight will tend to increases as you go through the various stages of pregnancy month by month. You must know about the three trimesters of pregnancy but now you’re going to experience them. The first trimester lasts for about three months and during this period you will experience sore and enlarged breasts, fatigue and advice of your doctor that you get apt nutrients to facilitate growth and development. Second stage of pregnancy lasts till seventh month, and these months are the easiest for most of the women as they start to retain their energy and during this stage, the pregnancy starts becoming noticeable. But, it is highly advisable to take all the set precautions during pregnancy. As you reach third trimester your body becomes less tolerant for pain and changes. At this time, you will feel greater pain in your lower back as the increased size and weight of your baby causes the ache, making you feel discomfited, tired and anxious. Other precautions during pregnancy are also that you keep doing some light exercises so that your muscles and legs are in shape. Walking in the last few days before delivery at times become more difficult. Always, in stages of pregnancy month by month try keeping yourself active throughout the day, which will make you and your unborn, refreshed and enriching.
