There are some genetically modified food items that cause serious health dangers to the consumers which include breast cancer as well so they must be replaced by fresh food items.
Avoid Hormone Mimicking Substances
Women should avoid that medicine that contain hormone mimicking substances such as contraceptive pills, and other such kind of things because they put women at increased risk of cancer growth. It can be one of the effective tools to fight breast cancer.
Regular exercise
Regular exercise helps women prevent breast cancer as well like those who exercise on regular basis keep their body weight in control, and it is important to control the body weight for reducing the risk of breast cancer. Exercise is proved to be one of the effective tools to fight breast cancer so for this reason it is not necessary for women to join the gym as women can plan simple exercise in the form of a simple walk, jogging, swimming, cycling etc. Aerobic is one of the good forms of exercises if it is done three to four times a week. If a woman does constant breath work, and spends some time to get deep awareness of the body is also useful.
Regular breast check
Regular breast check is one of the best options to detect cancer at initial stage. The focus is on early detection because cancer is a disease that can be well treated, and cured in case of early detection. When women start to age they should schedule breast screening as well along with regular checking of the breasts personally.
