Ok - I admit - I am a workaholic. At least I am sure busy all the time. Not sure if it is always productive but I never really stop until I hit the proverbial wall!
Don't get me wrong - I love the things I do and who I connect with face-to-face and on line. But where is the ME in all of that?
I have not been taking care of my health and wellness. Not eating well or exercising, let alone taking time to unwind. No wonder I feel like crap!
That is why I created Unplugged Sunday - NO INTERNET - NO TV - NO WORK!
