Having a baby is the time of pleasure and joy for many parents. It also represents new addition to your family, but also comes with the responsibility right from the first day of pregnancy. It’s always better to know what occurs during the different pregnancy stages and about baby growth during pregnancy. Early care and caution equips the expecting mother to take care of herself and the growing baby during stages of pregnancy month by month. The very first stage of pregnancy comes in the first trimester, the phase in which you will feel weak and loss of energy. In second trimester, a women’s body goes through more dramatic changes, while baby continues to grow within you. The baby develops strong heartbeats and fine body hair. As you reach third trimester, the baby bumps become very prominent and in this stage your body becomes less tolerant for pain and changes. Further, at the time of pregnancy nutrition requirements of both mother and baby increases, to support the rapid growing fetus and the needs of your changing body structure. rnThe most essential thing to follow during the stages of pregnancy is to maintain healthy baby growth during pregnancy. For that, you are required tohave a nutritious pregnancy diet for the healthy development of the baby. Plan your own pregnancy diet chart so that your baby gets all his nutritional needs fulfilled. After all, you’re eating habits will decide your baby’s health and well-being. Lastly, try to remain happy always and take time out to connect with almighty through meditation. This will shower you with positive energy and courage to outcome all your pregnancy fears.
