People always motivate and say you to be positive in life because this can give you the hope to progress in life. All these motivations and positives thoughts are a way to awaken your subconscious mind. Not many people know that answer to most of their questions lies within the subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind is like a data bank that stores all your past experiences, beliefs, your skills, memories (good or bad both), skills, etc. Everything you have done in your life or seen or thought about is stored in your subconscious mind. It's like a vault in which you have saved all your precious things but you forget the keys and all those precious things are now in the vault being useless. This is the same with your emotions, skills, belief, memories, experiences which are in your subconscious mind because though they are there within your access but are not in your conscious mind. This is the reason hypnotherapists always says that the key to living a good positive life lies in training your subconscious mind and make it your guidance system. You might be thinking about why it is necessary to train the subconscious mind when we have a conscious mind that directs us. Well, you will be surprised to know that though your subconscious mind doesn't influence you directly amazingly it determines 95% of your actions. Wondering how is it possible? To understand this, let's take some examples. How many of you think that "I cannot do anything right" or "Why should I try when I know I will fail" or "Nobody loves and care about me" or "I am always wrong" or "Life this happens with me all the time". If this sounds very familiar to you then you must know that these negative beliefs can manipulate your actions throughout life. This is the reason you need to train your subconscious mind and transform negative beliefs into positive ones. You can do it in several ways which are as follows: 1. Take the help of hypnosis: Hypnosis is a great way to train your subconscious mind. A good hypnotherapist can easily find out the root cause of your complaint which is linked to your childhood and help you suppress the negativity by injecting positive suggestions to make the complaints disappear completely. Hypnosis is very effective against sleeping problems (insomnia etc.), fears, obesity, traumas, addictions, etc. 2. Talk to Yourself Especially before Going to Bed: Talking to yourself is a great medication to awaken your subconscious mind. Talking to yourself especially prior to going to bed is the most effective because this is the time when your subconscious mind is at its highest degree of attentiveness. So talk to yourself when you are going to sleep or wake up from sleep. 3. Say Positive Things To Yourself Repeatedly: It's a fact that all of the events, experiences, circumstances, and actions of a person's life are reflections and reactions of his own thoughts. So to break the negativity you have to transfer positive and constructive thoughts to your subconscious mind repeatedly. This is because when you repeat these thoughts your subconscious mind will eventually consider them as true. This will help you create new and happy habits.
