I am a licensed acupuncture physician in the state of Florida with post-graduate studies in infertility, gynecological issues, nutrition, herbal therapy,hypnotherapy, etc...

Many times I see young women that come in with "unexplained" infertility. There is no such thing as unexplained - there is only undiagnosed. My fees are as follows:

First time extensive health intake and evaluation for BOTH partners is $375.00 (it is required for both partners to be present for this initial visit - takes napproximately one and a half hours). This includes:

*All baseline blood lab work (approx $150 value)
*One month supply of herbal products and supplements for one partner ($200 value)

Follow up visits are $85 and include acupuncture and one bottle of fertility herbal supplements. If both partners commit to coming in weekly together then it is $130 for both with one bottle of fertility herbal supplements for each.
