I have done a lot of research, interviews and self practice of different treatment of anxiety disorders and I wanted to share with you a few of these tips. I hope they help or give you ideas to find your own tips: VolunteerrnWhen you take time out of your day to assist others less fortunate it brings you back to reality and helps you realize the positives in your life and to focus on what you do have. Gratitude ListrnSit down and write a list of 5 things you are grateful for. Start the day by doing this and you will happier, then review the list before you go to bed so you are reminded what is good in your life Limit Your Media ConsumptionrnHave you watched or read the news lately? It is full of trouble and strife around the world and locally.Limit the amount of news in any form of media especially before bed time. YogarnYoga is one of the best holistic treatment of anxiety disorders because it uses exercise (increase of serotonin) mindfulness (mediation) and breathing. There are many videos on the internet and books you can get from the library to start you on your journey. Nurture a GardenrnThis is a very easy and healthy treatment of anxiety disorder. Planting a vegetable/fruit garden allows you focus your attention on something very simple and rewarding. It also allows you to spend time alone or if you chose you can work with a love one. The end result is very healthy food to share with your family and friends. These are but a few of the tips I have accumulated. Find what works for you and share those with others.
