It helps treating asthma, allergies, coughs and bronchiole complications. Haritaki is linked with vata humor. It is helpful in treating chronic constipation, nervousness and anxiety. nnTriphala is a well-balanced formulation of these three constituents. Either you may have powder or you may have it in the tablet form. Traditional studies suggest taking this medication in the form of powder or chu a. You may mix 2 to 3 grams of the powder along with lukewarm water and mix it very well.
