If you feel that your life has gone off-track, the practice of self-trust will help get it back on-track again. If you fear that your life has never been on-track, developing self-trust will help you connect with your true self, and create a life that reflects who you really are.

You Are Meant To Create A life That Reflects Your Beauty And Your Truth

The problem is, as we go through life we tend to get more and more out of touch with our own beauty and our own truth, until we end up living a life that feels too much like work. We get out of touch with who we really are and what's right for us, and further and further off our own unique, true path. We fall into a trap of just reacting to life and coping with what happens, instead of actively creating a life that's right for us.

We lose our way because we don't recognize how important it is to trust ourselves. Our own inner voice, our inner wisdom, is a gift from the universe. Every decision we make in opposition to our own inner wisdom is destined to fail in one way or another. Trusting ourselves is never selfish. It's wise.

Six Steps To Self-Trust

Put this list of steps into action in your own life according to what feels right to you.

#1) VIEW YOUR LIFE AS A WORK IN PROGRESSrn...rather than something you should have already perfected. Give yourself permission to live by trial-and-error.

#2) RECOGNIZE YOUR OWN EMPOWERMENT
Reconnect with your creative power.

#3) BRING ALL YOUR ISSUES INTO THE LIGHT OF YOUR AWARENESS
Be honest with yourself about how you feel, even if you don't know how to resolve your issues. Once you are honest with yourself, new options will appear.

#4) FEEL YOURSELF FULLY IN YOUR BODY
Be aware of the feelings you hold in your body in order to connect more fully with your inner wisdom.

#5) GIVE YOURSELF PERMISSION TO CHOOSE
Rather than simply reacting to events around you, be proactive in creating your life.

#6) BE GUIDED BY WHAT YOU LOVE
Begin to create a life that fully expresses who you are and what you love.

Trust yourself, get in touch with your own inner wisdom, and use that wisdom to transform your life, bit by bit, into something that fully expresses your unique beauty.
